In the border area of the Rylsky district of the Kursk region, a man was injured after being hit by a UAV of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on August 6 by Acting Governor Alexander Khinshtein.

"Today, a Ukrainian drone attacked a civilian car in the village of Semenovo, Rylsky district. A 31-year-old man was injured as a result of the impact," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Khinstein added that the victim had a shrapnel wound to the occipital region of the head, the back of the chest and thighs. He will be taken by ambulance to the Kursk regional hospital.

On August 3, Vyacheslav Gladkov, Governor of the Belgorod Region, reported that a civilian was injured as a result of the detonation of a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). He noted that the man had sought medical help on his own, and the victim would continue his treatment on an outpatient basis.
