Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of Russia for cooperation with foreign countries, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), expressed confidence in the ultimate triumph of dialogue in relations between Moscow and Washington after the meeting between President Vladimir Putin and special envoy of the President of the United States Stephen Witkoff on August 6.

Witkoff arrived in Moscow on the morning of August 6. According to the Izvestia source, Kirill Dmitriev met him at Vnukovo airport. Later, Witkoff, accompanied by the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, visited Zaryadye Park in Moscow.

"Dialogue will prevail," Dmitriev wrote on August 6 on his page on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

He also expressed gratitude for the good wishes of Witkoff's successful visit to Moscow.
