The Interior Ministry denied information about mass riots in Perm

The Perm Region police denied information circulating online about alleged mass riots in the Crimea neighborhood. The corresponding statement was published on August 6 in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Perm Region.

"In connection with the appearance in the mass media of information about alleged riots in the Crimea microdistrict of the Kirovsky district of Perm, we inform you that this information does not correspond to reality," the publication says.

It is specified that mass riots by citizens of other states were not allowed. At the moment, law enforcement officers are carrying out routine work to protect public order in the region.
