The State Duma talked about the timing of the integration of "Public Services" into the MAX messenger

Access to the Gosuslugi portal via the MAX messenger will start working in a few weeks, and the relevant tests are almost completed. This was announced on August 6 by Anton Gorelkin, Deputy of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy.

"I talked to the developers of the national messenger and found out that Gosuslugi will appear in MAX in a few weeks. All the necessary departmental permits were obtained two months ago," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, the integration is almost complete and fully meets all security requirements. Thus, the protection of citizens' personal data and resistance to hacker attacks are the priorities facing the development team.

"A proactive approach to cybersecurity is being applied, which includes constant threat monitoring, bug bounty, code analysis using artificial intelligence, the introduction of anti-fraud technologies and other measures," Gorelkin added.

The VK press service website added that all the necessary equipment has been purchased to connect MAX to Gosuslugi.

Earlier that day, Alexander Khaminsky, head of the Law Enforcement center in Moscow and the Moscow Region, said that the mandatory pre-installation of the MAX messenger on all new smartphones in Russia would begin on September 1. He stressed that, in addition to the standard functions for correspondence and calls, "Public Services" are integrated into MAX, as well as a digital signature.
