The lawyer warned about fines for dirty windows and an unwashed door
Russians may face an administrative fine for unwashed windows or dirty doors if this violates sanitary standards. Lawyer Mikhail Salkin announced this on August 6.
According to him, Article 6.4 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation establishes responsibility for violation of sanitary and epidemiological requirements in residential and public premises. A fine of 100 to 500 rubles is possible if there are signs of a sanitary violation, such as stench, rot or the threat of infection, he said in an interview with the "Paragraph".
The day before, Evgeny Masharov, a member of the commission of the Public Chamber of Russia for the public examination of draft laws and other regulations, said that Russians living in apartment buildings could face fines for making too much noise from household appliances, such as a washing machine or vacuum cleaner, in the evening and at night.
