Full-length dolls harass tourists in Yevpatoria
Scammers dressed as life-size dolls were brought to justice in Yevpatoria. They force vacationers to take photos, and then demand money for it.
Violations were revealed during the inspection of the resort area, writes IA SevastopolMedia. Officials from the administration and police officers took part in the raids.
"Not only do parents often become hostages to a situation in which characters from fairy tales and cartoons offer their children photos directly, for which they are billed, but this also violates the law," said Alexander Yuryev, the mayor of the city, in his social networks.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the animators under Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Minor hooliganism". As the mayor emphasized, the authorities will continue to restore order at the resort.
