Due to the prematurely revoked license, the Krasnoe & Beloe chain of stores intends to resume work in the Vologda region through the court. On August 6, the data in the file of the Arbitration Court, where the company applied on July 29, attests to this.

The statement clarifies that Alfa-M LLC demands to cancel the order suspending the license in the region, as well as to recognize this requirement as illegal.

It is noted that the hearing on the case will be held on August 26.
