American actor Brad Pitt bought a Spanish-style house in Los Angeles for $12 million. This was reported on August 5 by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), citing sources.

The real estate seller was Dave Koening, lead guitarist of the rock band The Killers, along with his wife, interior designer Emily.

"The couple put the property up for sale in June for $13.999 million. According to the real estate registry, the Koenings purchased the house for about $9.6 million in 2021 from Joel Simkai, the founder of the Grindr app.

On January 16, it became known that the mansion from the films "Home Alone" was sold for $5.5 million in the United States.

Last July, CBS News reported that the house of American actor Kevin Spacey in Baltimore was sold for $3.24 million at an open auction for debts at the request of the state district court. It was bought by a developer from Maryland in less than 10 minutes.
