There are different ways to prevent heat stroke. About them on August 5 "to the newspaper.Ru" was told by the internist of the IQ Plastique clinic, Dzerassa Khodova.

The doctor recommended following the drinking regime.

"Lost fluids should be restored using chilled mineral non—carbonated water, weakly brewed green tea, natural diluted juices, and limit the consumption of fatty and protein foods," Khodova said.

In addition, according to the expert, attention should be paid to nutrition. In hot weather, it is necessary to exclude the use of alcohol and other psychotropic drugs. This affects the thermoregulation processes, which can lead to heat stroke.

The therapist also advised against outdoor sports and daytime walks. And if you still go outside, then you should choose clothes made of natural cotton fabrics and be sure to wear a headdress.
