The trial of the late founder of the Liberal Democratic Party, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, has begun in Ukraine. This was reported on August 5 by the online publication Strana.ua" with reference to sources.

"The charge is based on Zhirinovsky's public statements and the financial transactions of his entourage in 2014-2022," a judicial source told the newspaper.
