A woman was injured in a UAV attack in the Belgorod region.

A resident of the village of Veselaya Lopan, Belgorod region, was injured in a drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on August 5 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"In the village of Veselaya Lopan, Belgorod region, a woman was injured as a result of a drone detonation in the courtyard of a private house. The ambulance team took the victim to the city hospital No. 2 in Belgorod," he said in his Telegram channel.

According to the doctors' diagnosis, the woman has barotrauma. She received all the necessary assistance, and then the patient will undergo outpatient treatment. Windows, roof and two outbuildings were also damaged due to the impact of the UAV in the house.

A day earlier, a woman was injured as a result of an attack by an AFU drone on Gorlovka, Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). The head of the city district, Ivan Prikhodko, noted that as a result of the dumping of an explosive object from a drone of the armed formations of Ukraine in the Central Urban area of Horlivka, housing construction was also damaged.
