In the center of Ulan-Ude (Republic of Buryatia), 80% of the reconstruction of utility networks has been completed. Mayor Igor Shutenkov announced this in his Telegram channel.

"The water supply and sewerage system on the site of Banzarova Street have already been changed. The final stage continues on four more streets of the city," the official said.

According to him, most of the heating system trays on Sverdlov Street have also been installed. Trenches have already begun to be filled back in at the sites.

According to the construction committee, the streets of Smolin, Borsoev and Pobedy Avenue have already begun to restore the road surface after the reconstruction of the networks. Traffic on the lanes will be temporarily restricted, UlanMedia news agency clarifies.

The replacement of the networks started in 2024 as part of the implementation of the city's master plan.
