In the city of Stary Oskol in the Belgorod region, a seven-year-old girl, driving a car, hit a 45-year-old man. This was reported on August 4 in the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the region.

"The Lada Vesta car was driven by a seven-year-old girl. Her 37-year-old father was inside the vehicle as a passenger at the time. A medical examination established that he was intoxicated," the department's Telegram channel says.

A 45-year-old man shot down in the courtyard of an apartment building was taken to the hospital with injuries. The girl driving the car also damaged a bench and two parked cars. Police officers have opened cases of administrative violations.
