Rosgvardiya special forces destroyed equipment and weapons of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Sumy region

Rosgvardiya special forces destroyed the 155-mm self-propelled artillery installation M109 Paladin of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Sumy region. This was reported on August 5 in the press service of the department.

It is specified that the operators of the attack drones found a camouflaged Paladin in the Sumy direction, as well as two SUVs of Ukrainian militants. As a result, the enemy installation was eliminated by an accurate hit from an FPV drone.

"In addition, Rosgvardiya fighters shot down two off—road vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine <...>. Rosgvardiya soldiers destroyed one car in motion, and the second in a wooded area," the press service added.

The United States has frozen the supply of certain types of weapons to Kiev, and Europe is unable to fully compensate for these losses.

Earlier that day, the crew of a towed 152-mm howitzer "Msta-B" destroyed an armored car with personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kherson region on the right bank of the Dnieper. It is noted that the armored car was discovered during a planned reconnaissance of the area by a crew of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
