Polish President Andrzej Duda, who is leaving the post of head of state, rated the work he has done "top five". He made a corresponding statement on August 4 in an interview with the Polsat News channel.

"There were a lot of difficult decisions to make. Of course, there are those, even in the United Right faction, who express dissatisfaction and say that these were bad decisions. But I personally think that I am a top-five president," Duda said.

At the same time, he set himself five points out of a possible six.

"Six is, of course, too much, because it was necessary to make a lot of difficult decisions," the president added.

On July 1, the Supreme Court of Poland approved the results of the presidential election and recognized the legitimacy of Karol Nawrocki's victory. It is specified that the inauguration ceremony of the president of the country should take place on August 6, 2025.

On July 20, Duda fell off a surfboard twice while spending time in the coastal resort village of Jurata in northern Poland. Before that, on July 18, the book "Moron" about President Duda was withdrawn from sale in the country. It is noted that the book was temporarily withdrawn from sale due to numerous reports of a possible violation of Article 135 of the Polish Criminal Code, according to which insulting the President of Poland is punishable by up to three years.
