Often people, especially women, try to be attractive, but until a person can come into harmony with himself, it will be very difficult to achieve this. About this on August 4, "Gazeta.<url>" was told by clinical psychologist, specialist in cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR therapist Nadezhda Turlaeva.

The psychologist called harmony with oneself the ability of a person to be in touch with their feelings and the ability to accept them rather than hide them.

"The nervous system transmits mood through micro-movements, posture, facial expressions, and voice. If a person experiences anxiety, self—criticism or depression inside, it is immediately read by others on a non—verbal level, even if the outside is perfect makeup, hairstyle, strict expensive suit or dress," said Turlayeva.

The expert recommended paying attention to psychophysiognomy, because it is through facial expressions, tension in the face and even the look that you can understand when a person is trying to hide or suppress their feelings and emotions.

Turlayeva also advised allowing yourself to live through suppressed feelings in order to become more confident in yourself.

Earlier in the day, psychologist and sexologist Alexandra Miller explained why it is difficult for people to meet a soulmate. According to the expert, people rely on unverified and false data from the Internet.
