Residents of the Irkutsk region were warned about heavy rains and thunderstorms

Adverse weather conditions are expected in the Irkutsk region in the coming days. Thunderstorms with heavy rains will occur in the region.

According to IrkutskMedia news agency, the wind speed will reach 15-20 m/s. Heavy rains are likely in the north-west and south of the region, as well as in the central regions.

The air temperature at night will be +11...+16 degrees, during the day up to +19...+24 degrees. In cloudy weather, the temperature will be +13...+18 degrees. In Kirensky, Katanga, Kazachinsko-Lena districts, warming up to +32 degrees is possible.

On August 5, severe thunderstorms with heavy rains were also predicted in the Khabarovsk Territory. Bad weather will persist until the end of the day on August 5.
