In Tyumen, a criminal case was opened into the attempted murder of a participant in a special military operation. This was announced on August 4 by the press service of the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Tyumen region.
According to the agency, during media monitoring, a publication was discovered in which it was reported that illegal actions had been committed on Chelyuskintsev Street against a member of the SVO who was walking on crutches.
"A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Article 30, Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted murder")," the Telegram channel of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region says.
In April, the FSB's Public Relations Center reported that law enforcement officers had detained three agents of the Ukrainian special services who were preparing an assassination attempt in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug (Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug) on a volunteer battalion soldier participating in a special operation to protect Donbass. It is specified that a criminal case has been opened on this fact.
