Court fined 30,000 girl for video on the background of a burning oil depot in Sochi

A court in the Krasnodar Territory fined Karina Oschurkova, who recorded a video against the background of a burning oil depot in the Adler district of Sochi, the amount of the penalty was 30 thousand rubles. This was announced on August 4 by the Joint Press Service of the courts of the region.

The case of an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.6.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure to comply with the rules of conduct in case of an emergency or threat of its occurrence") was considered in Adler. It was established that on August 3, the girl posted a video on a social network, where she showed the consequences of the arrival of a drone at the fuel and lubricants storage base.

The judges confirmed that the posted data violated the rules prohibiting the filming of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and the operation of air defense systems. Oschurkova was found guilty of an administrative offense.

"The girl explained her thoughtless act in court by being intoxicated," the court's Telegram channel says.

The fire at the oil depot occurred on August 3. It was clarified that the cause of the fire was an attack by a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the region. Sochi Mayor Andrey Proshunin added that the debris also caught buildings in the garage cooperative on Aviatsionnaya Street. Later it became known about the elimination of the fire.

On the same day, law enforcement officers detained three young men who had filmed a video against the backdrop of a burning oil depot. All of them turned out to be visitors from Nizhny Tagil.
