Starting from September 1, the Moscow Region intends to ban the sale of alcohol in residential courtyards. This was announced on August 4 by the speaker of the regional parliament Igor Bryntsalov.
"In the spring session, the Moscow City Duma adopted a law that introduces new rules for the sale of alcohol in stores and catering. According to it, from September 1 in the Moscow region it will be prohibited to sell alcohol in the courtyards of residential buildings," Bryntsalov told RIA Novosti.
