- The RFU will consider the inappropriate behavior of Spartak fans at the game with Rostov
The Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Russian Football Union (RFU KDC) will review the behavior of Spartak fans who chanted offensive language during an away match during the first stage of the Russian Cup. This was announced on August 4 by the head of the committee, Artur Grigoryants.
On the pitch in Rostov-on-Don, the Moscow football club met with Rostov and won.
"Let's consider six warnings from the Rostov team players — inappropriate behavior. Spartak fans massively chanted offensive expressions and profanity," he said in an interview with TASS.
The committee meeting is scheduled for August 7.
Earlier, on August 1, the Control and Disciplinary Body of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) fined the Ukrainian club "Alexandria" for the racist behavior of fans during the first match of the Conference League qualification against the Serbian "Partizan". The fine was €20,000.
