The federal chain of stores Krasnoe & Beloe is withdrawing from the Vologda Region after it stopped retail alcohol sales in the region due to license suspension. This was announced on August 4 by the governor of the region, Georgy Filimonov.
"On August 1, based on the application of the owner, Alfa—M LLC, the license was terminated prematurely by the licensing authority. I would like to note right away that we do not violate the rights of entrepreneurs, but we do not need death dealers in the region either. This is a logical consequence of the adoption of the regional law on the restriction of alcohol sales," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
