The program of the "Russian Creative Week" has been published
From September 25 to 27, Moscow will become a center of attraction for ideas and solutions: the VI Federal Forum-festival "Russian Creative Week" will present a large—scale program confirming that creative industries are becoming the new economy of Russia. The program is already available on the official website of the Forum.
"Russian Creative Week" is a new agenda and trends for several years ahead for the entire creative industry of the country. The focus is on three strategic areas: a value—based economy - 2035, the spatial development of the country and regions in the era of a new type of economy, as well as the role of a creative person in shaping new economic models. In the structural blocks for each vector, participants will focus on legislative initiatives, management models, investment tools, new leadership ethics and the transformation of professions.
The main event will be the plenary session "The Visionary State: a New Philosophy of Intellectual and Creative Leadership in Russia", which will be held on September 25 at the Visionaries site of the Rossiya National Center. The participants will discuss a strategy for developing a creative economy based on traditional values, multipolarity and an innovative approach. Special attention will be paid to the role of creative industries in shaping a new quality of life, unlocking the potential of the regions and creating directions for the development of a harmonious society of the future.
The structure of the three-day business program of the Forum focuses on the key topics of the creative economy. At the same time, each track will open with its own plenary session.
The first thematic vector — "Value—based economy and its future — 2035" - is devoted to the role of the state in the formation of sustainable ties, the development of international cooperation in creative industries, and support mechanisms. This area will be especially useful for government officials, businesses, and experts interested in effective collaboration between the creative and manufacturing sectors, as well as in using digital technologies to modernize industries. The main issues will be discussed at the plenary session "A developed creative economy is the basis for achieving Russia's national goals."
As part of other events in the block, participants will talk about integrated regional production, value-based approaches in regional strategies, and the development of creative economies for the SCO, BRICS, and CIS countries. They will also discuss the global role of design as one of the elements of state competitiveness, and value-based content will be considered as a promising niche for managers.
The second block of the Forum, "Spatial development of the country and regions for a new type of economy", is dedicated to changes in architecture, public spaces, transport, infrastructure and human resources in the context of the growth of the creative economy. The participants of the events — representatives of regional authorities and businesses, experts in the field of urbanism, architecture and other areas — will raise issues of the transformation of industrial cities, the prospects of small settlements, rural renewal with the help of creative industries, as well as new models of regional management and development.
The key event will be the plenary session "New methods of development of territories and cities in the era of the creative economy."
The third thematic vector of the business program is "The creative person as the basis of the economy of the future." The discussions will focus on modern approaches to children's and family content, the evolution of the profession of an influencer in digital media, the influence of music on the worldview of young people, and other issues. The main event is the plenary session "Human Education in the age of AI: potential for the development of the creative economy of the future."
A special place in the program is occupied by the Day of Creative Entrepreneurship — an interesting and important event for active, mobile and talented people, whose ideas, technologies, culture and aesthetics can influence the life of a modern city, region and the country as a whole.
"The Russian Creative Week is a unique visionary platform where creative industries are projected. From the very beginning, we broadcast topical issues and offer effective solutions for government and business. Today, this work is on a fundamentally new level, with a greater focus on values and opportunities for all talented people. The business program meets the needs of different groups of participants. We are confident that it will bring real benefits to them, and strategically it will contribute to the active growth dynamics of the impression economy, when creative businesses create products with high margins, and the sector's share reaches and even exceeds 6% of the country's GDP. Behind the numbers lies the well—being of millions of people and a stronger connection with values based on Russia's historical heritage and traditions," said Marina Mongush, President of ANO Creative Economy.
Among the invited speakers of the Forum are Deputy Prime Ministers of Russia Alexander Novak and Dmitry Chernyshenko, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Maksut Shadaev, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Anton Alikhanov, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Valery Falkov, Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Lyubimova.
