The Governor of the Voronezh region announced the destruction of UAVs over the region

Air defense systems have eliminated several unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the Voronezh Region. This was announced on August 4 by the governor of the region, Alexander Gusev.

"Several UAVs were detected and destroyed by the air defense forces on duty over Voronezh," the publication says on his Telegram channel.

The head of the region said that, according to preliminary data, there were no casualties or damage as a result of this incident.

Gusev reported a day earlier, on August 3, that over the past night, the air defense forces and electronic warfare (EW) intercepted over 25 drones over the Voronezh Region. He also said that an emergency regime will be introduced in two districts of Voronezh to promptly eliminate the consequences.
