In Mykolaiv region, armed with bats and pipes, attacked employees of a shopping mall
In the Mykolaiv region, people armed with bats and metal pipes attacked employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCC, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine). This was announced on August 3 on the department's Facebook page (owned by Meta, a company whose activities are recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).
"In the village of Buzhskoye, Mykolaiv region, during warning measures by the military of the Shopping Center and the Joint Venture, together with a representative of the National Police of Ukraine, unknown assailants attacked the military," the statement said.
It is noted that people with bats and pipes damaged cars and injured one of the soldiers of the shopping mall. In addition, according to preliminary information, there are victims among the civilian staff of the military enlistment office. Law enforcement agencies are working at the scene.
On August 1, relatives of those mobilized went to a rally at one of the shopping malls in Vinnytsia, Ukraine, where the mobilized were sent to the stadium. It is specified that there was a conflict between the protesters, employees of the shopping mall and representatives of social support (SP), during which the police, according to one of the local residents, used gas cylinders.
Later, the Vinnytsia Shopping Mall explained the gathering of military personnel at the stadium by the need for a medical examination. Criminal cases have been opened against the protesters.
