The Moscow City Court overturned the decision on the arrest in absentia of TV presenter Tatyana Lazareva (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent, included in the list of terrorists and extremists of Rosfinmonitoring) in the case of evading the duties of a foreign agent. Lazareva's lawyer Leonid Solovyov announced this on August 3.

"The court overturned the ruling and sent the material for reconsideration to the same court in a different composition," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
