Russian mixed martial artist Movlid Khaibulaev won the Grand Prix final of the Professional Fighters League (PFL) on August 1. The tournament was held in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

In the final of the featherweight tournament, the athlete defeated Peruvian Jesus Pinedo, winning in the fifth round with a choke hold and winning the title of division champion. Khaibulaev received $500 thousand.

This is the second victory in the PFL Grand Prix for the Russian fighter. The athlete had previously won in 2021, Sport-Expert clarified.

Movlid Khaibulaev is 34 years old, he has 24 victories to his credit without a single defeat. Also, one fight ended in a draw and one match was declared invalid.
