Relatives of the mobilized went to a rally at one of the centers of the territorial recruitment center (TCC, an analogue of the military enlistment office) in Vinnytsia in Ukraine. This was reported on August 2 by the Ukrainian edition of "Public".

"People gathered near the stadium and demanded the release of the men, who are probably there (in the shopping mall. — Ed.)," the message on the Telegram channel says.
