"There is a possibility of natural disasters and damage. The warning period is until 9:00 a.m. on August 2. Heavy rain, very heavy rain, and thunderstorms are expected in some places in Moscow; with a thunderstorm, the wind will increase to 17 m/s," the Moscow City News agency quotes the message.
