The Russian Armed Forces liberated seven settlements in a week

Over the past week, the Russian armed forces have liberated seven settlements on the territory of the DPR, as well as the Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhia regions. This was announced on August 1 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"Units of the Southern Group of Forces continued to advance into the depth of the enemy's defenses and liberated the town of Chasov Yar in the Donetsk People's Republic," the statement said.

Units of the Center group conducted offensive operations on the territory of the DPR and the Dnipropetrovsk region. Boykivka, Belgiyka and Novoukrainka in the Donetsk People's Republic came under their control.

In addition, units of the Vostok group advanced into the depth of the enemy's defenses, liberating Zelyony Gai in the DPR, Maliyivka in the Dnipropetrovsk region and Temirovka in the Zaporizhia region.

Most of these vehicles are being tested in parallel in the area of a special military operation.

Earlier in the day, the ministry reported that the Russian Army had carried out seven group strikes with precision weapons and drones against defense enterprises and military airfields of Ukraine in a week. In addition, workshops for the production of drones and their components, long-range drone control points and warehouses of robotic complexes, missile weapons and ammunition were hit.
