According to him, the first step to success is to set clear goals. It is important to determine which new career peak a person wants to achieve, whether it is an increase in income, a new position, or a change in field of activity.

"Solve the fundamental question: will you continue to work for hire or go into your own business? Determine the type of new career vector: vertical (upward — new position) or horizontal (more projects). Clearly formulate the desired result. In parallel, outline the contours of your future pension: the desired retirement age and financial minimum," Chernyshov said.

The next important step is self-diagnosis. Chernyshov drew attention to the need to evaluate his skills and qualities that may be useful in a new role. It is equally important to think about the future: when do you want to retire and what financial minimum is needed for a comfortable life.

In addition, the expert recommended expanding the circle of acquaintances and considering the possibilities of cooperation.
