The readiness of the new sports complex with a swimming pool in Krasnoyarsk has reached 95%

The construction of a new multifunctional complex with swimming pools is being completed in the Severny microdistrict in Krasnoyarsk. Readiness has reached 95%, according to the city's urban planning department.

"Now the builders are carrying out commissioning work: they are setting up ventilation systems and swimming pools. Finishing works are underway at the finish line, furniture is being arranged. Landscaping is being completed outside the complex," the report says.

According to KrasnoyarskMedia news agency, on the ground floor there are children's and adult pools, two hammams, showers, changing rooms. The other two have a gym, a sports museum, a children's room, and administrative offices. It is also planned to open a draughts and chess club.

It is planned to complete the construction in August, after which the inspection of the construction supervision service commission will begin. According to Sergey Shikunov, deputy head of the city's urban planning department, the opening is expected in November 2025.

The contractor is LLC "Kamenshchik". After completion of the construction, which is being carried out with city funds, the facility will be transferred to the balance of the General Directorate for Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism.
