Nutritionist and nutritionist Roman Pristansky told about the rule, the observance of which will help to lose extra pounds.

In an interview with Radio 1 on Thursday, July 31, the expert noted that when losing weight, it is important to review eating habits in order to avoid both malnutrition and overeating.

He advised four hours before bedtime to eliminate carbohydrates and give preference to protein foods. According to him, carbohydrates are converted into glucose, which is not a priority source of energy in the evening, especially when growth hormone, a powerful fat—burning element, is active in the body.

He also stressed that the morning should start with carbohydrates, and they should not be excluded at lunch either.

On July 22, master trainer Ilya Frank talked about a method that will help burn belly fat faster than walking and running. According to him, the most effective exercise for weight loss in this area is the burpee, which combines squats, planks, push—ups and jumps.
