Russians talked about the ideal layout for their apartment
One in three Russians (29%) would add a large kitchen or living room to their current apartment. The same number (29%) would make a laundry area or a place for household needs. Analysts of the developer Level Group shared such data with Izvestia on August 1.
The study showed that a quarter of Russians (25%) need a dressing room, and the same number (25%) would give free space for a second bathroom in an apartment.
Almost one in five (18%) would like to make a study if possible, and for 15% it would be important to expand the loggia.
"We see that Russians are increasingly advocating the functionality of the layout. Among the most popular options are the expansion of the kitchen and living room areas, and the creation of space for household needs. This suggests that modern buyers want not just to have space, but to have thoughtful solutions for a comfortable life," the Level Group's press service noted.
In such cases, the company noted, the free layout of the apartment becomes especially in demand, allowing its owner to independently distribute the zoning and the square footage of the rooms.
Earlier, on May 16, it was reported that one in five Russians would like to put up a cottage for sale in order to buy an apartment in the capital. At the same time, one in three (33%) estimates their suburban real estate in the amount of 6 million to 10 million rubles, according to the results of a study by Level Group.
