Forecasters predicted cloudy weather in Moscow over the weekend

On the weekend of August 2-3, cloudy weather is expected for Muscovites. It will rain on Saturday, and hot and dry weather will set in on Sunday. On August 1, Yandex Weather analysts told Izvestia about this.

According to them, it will be cloudy in Moscow on Saturday, August 2, with precipitation expected during the day. Thunderstorms are possible in the morning, light rain in the afternoon, and the sky will clear in the evening. Gusts of east and then west wind will reach 5-8 m/s. In the morning, the air temperature will be +21 degrees, in the afternoon it will remain at +23 degrees, and by night it will drop to +19 degrees.

"In cities near Moscow, such as Odintsovo, Podolsk, Lyubertsy, Vidnoye and Domodedovo, the temperature during the day will be about +21 degrees," the forecasters added.

On Sunday, August 3, the weather in Moscow will be hot and cloudy, precipitation is not expected. The temperature in the morning will be +19 degrees, in the afternoon it will rise to +26 degrees, and at night it will remain at +20 degrees. A weak north-westerly wind is expected, with gusts reaching 6 m/s in the afternoon.

In the Moscow region, conditions will remain similar to those in the capital: no precipitation is expected, and the temperature will be at the Moscow level or a maximum of 1 degree lower.

DDX Fitness network coach Artyom Opalnitsky told Izvestia on July 3 the rules of safe training in hot weather. The expert recommended scheduling classes in the morning before 10:00 a.m. or in the evening after 18:00 p.m., when solar activity decreases. A prerequisite, according to him, is sufficient fluid intake.
