The hit-and-run occurred the day before on Wednesday, July 30, on Glinka Street. According to preliminary data, a 14-year-old boy lost control. The moped drove into the oncoming lane and hit a three-year-old child.
As a result of the accident, a small pedestrian suffered a head injury. He was hospitalized.
