A teenager driving a moped hit a three-year-old boy in Vladivostok

In the Sovetsky district of Vladivostok, a 14-year-old teenager driving a moped drove onto the sidewalk and hit a three-year-old boy. The child has been hospitalized, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Primorsky Territory reports in its Telegram channel.

The hit-and-run occurred the day before on Wednesday, July 30, on Glinka Street. According to preliminary data, a 14-year-old boy lost control. The moped drove into the oncoming lane and hit a three-year-old child.

As a result of the accident, a small pedestrian suffered a head injury. He was hospitalized.

According to the parents of the teenage driver, he independently bought a moped with the money he earned, IA PrimaMedia clarifies.
