From August 1 to September 14, the Luzhniki Sports Complex will become the main venue for athletes and active lifestyle enthusiasts. For a month and a half, 19 themed venues will be open for guests. This is a multifunctional playground, a gaming arena of the future, a fitness center, an extreme park, digital hockey and much more.

The main stage will become not only a place for performances by star artists, but also a space for group training with cover bands - zumba, fitrock, rope skipping. And on Fridays and weekends, famous musical performers will perform for the guests. Free daily training sessions will be held in the small stage area under the guidance of SMStretching and famous athletes. Stretching, barre, pilates, yoga are waiting for Muscovites.

A multifunctional sports ground will be dedicated to a specific sport every week. The three-day festival of childhood will open the program. On August 1-3, the young guests will enjoy an obstacle course, a trampoline area, large jengas, aquagrim and much more. On August 2, a fan meeting and an autograph session with Vlad Glent, the site's ambassador and video blogger, is scheduled at the Southern Sports Center (the number of seats is limited). Basketball week will be held on August 5-10. The program includes the group stage of the Russian Biathlon Basketball Cup, open training sessions and master classes.

In the Beach area, festival visitors will be able to participate in amateur beach volleyball and soccer tournaments.
