Due to an emergency power outage in Vladivostok, more than 30 thousand people were left without electricity. This was announced on July 31 in the Main Directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Primorsky Krai.
"During the monitoring of the media, it was established that on the morning of July 31, 2025, an accident occurred on the power supply networks," the department's Telegram channel says.
It is specified that residents of the Leninsky and Frunzensky districts were left without electricity. The supervisory Authority oversees emergency recovery operations. The prosecutor's office has begun an investigation into the power outage.
According to the prosecutor's office, since 2025, about 150 submissions have been issued for the late elimination of accidents on utility networks, as a result, about 70 persons have been administratively liable.
