"Starting from August 1, the medical certificate form 003/vu, which all drivers received after the medical examination, will be converted to electronic format. Instead of a paper document, a QR code and a reference number will now be issued. It is these details, the number and QR code, that will need to be presented to the traffic police, and all information will be automatically uploaded to the Traffic police system. In fact, the paper version of the certificate is becoming a thing of the past," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
