The calculation of the Msta-B howitzer destroyed the AFU electronic warfare system in the Zaporozhye region

The crew of the Msta-B howitzer of the 42nd division of the Dnepr group of forces destroyed a stationary electronic warfare (EW) complex and five servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of a special military operation in the Zaporizhia region. This was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry on July 31.

"Our students found and spotted the target — they spotted a stationary electronic warfare system in the house, and they gave us a command and started shooting. We have already hit the target and hit it," said the commander of the gun with the call sign Beast.

In the course of combat work, the calculations of 152-mm howitzers "Msta-B" regularly destroy the enemy's technical means and manpower. Thanks to the competent actions of the gunners of this gun, the possibility of maneuvers for the Ukrainian troops is blocked and important elements of their defensive positions are destroyed.

On July 30, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that military personnel of the North group of forces destroyed an AFU mortar in the SVO zone. The target was eliminated by calculating FPV drones with fiber-optic control of the 11th army Corps of the grouping.
