Psychologist Sergey Lang explained the causes of conflicts on the road.

In an interview with Radio 1 on Wednesday, July 30, the specialist noted that a person who is negative in the morning will see problems in everything around him. According to him, if a person experiences internal tension himself, it will seem to him that everyone around him is behaving irritatingly. This is due to suppressed emotions that find a way out, for example, when driving, attention automatically focuses on annoying details.

It's easier to blame others — this is a natural defense of the psyche from introspection, the expert noted. He also stressed that a common cause of conflicts on the roads is the desire to compare oneself with other drivers and compete in status.

Most Russian drivers mentally conduct a dialogue with other road users. According to the study, 65% of them initially trust others on the road if they do not create conflicts. 8% take a neutral position, while 27% perceive other drivers as a source of stress and danger.

Earlier, psychologist Anastasia Salova noted that in no case should aggression be responded to aggression in a traffic conflict. It is best not to interact with an aggressive driver, the website writes kp.ru . Often people just vent their emotions and move on.

Prior to this, Daria Yausheva stated about the serious influence of music on drivers behind the wheel. According to her, calm and relaxed music helps you feel comfortable and safe driving.
