Two children were injured as a result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a playground in Vasilevka, Zaporizhia region. This was announced on July 30 by the governor of the region Evgeny Balitsky.
"Two children were injured: a girl born in 2016 and a boy born in 2018," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
They have shrapnel wounds. The children were taken to the hospital, and they are currently receiving the necessary medical care. Balitsky stressed that he was in touch with the operational services. In addition, he warned about the continued danger of repeated strikes.
Earlier that day, a resident of the Belgorod region was injured when an APU hit a car. The man suffered shrapnel wounds to his legs and barotrauma.
