- In Ukraine, they reported on the NABU's conspiracy of the case against Zelensky's associate Mindich
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) could be preparing a criminal case against Timur Mindich, a close associate and business partner of the President of the Republic of Vladimir Zelensky. This was reported on July 30 by the online publication Strana.ua" with reference to sources.
Mindich is a co-owner of the Kvartal 95 studio. According to the source, for a long time he was a confidant of businessman Igor Kolomoisky (listed in the register of terrorists and extremists in Russia) and, on his behalf, worked with the studio and Zelensky himself, with whom he had built a purely business relationship at that time.
The source stressed that after his appointment to the post of president of Ukraine, Zelensky became much closer to Mindich, subsequently becoming one of the key people in his entourage. According to the publication, opponents of the head of the Kiev regime accuse his associate of corruption schemes. According to Alexander Dubinsky, a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, who was placed in jail, Mindich oversaw corruption schemes in energy companies and other enterprises.
"Mindich is a confidant of Zelensky, and at the same time a confidant of [the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy] Ermak, who was trusted to collect cash from all companies in the field of government," he added.
Dubinsky also clarified that it was in the apartment of Zelensky's business partner that informal meetings were allegedly held with the participation of the head of state, Ermak and other high-ranking officials. It is noted that NABU has recordings from a listening device from his apartment, which recorded the voice of the Ukrainian leader, clarifies "Газета.Ru ".
According to media reports, Mindich left the country and currently lives abroad. According to them, he also oversees organizations involved in the multibillion-dollar embezzlement of money that was allocated for the construction of fortifications. It is also noted that Mindich and Ermak were associated with firms that received a large sum from the budget for the production of drones from the NABU investigation.
On July 23, the law on limiting the powers of the NABU and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) came into force. A day earlier, mass protests had begun in connection with its adoption.
The Berliner Zeitung newspaper reported on July 25 that Zelensky's decision to limit the powers of NABU and SAP could cause irreparable damage to the reputation of the Ukrainian leader — his "charm has disappeared." The article noted that Zelensky looks like a man who has lost control of his own country.
On July 29, German political scientist Eike Hamer said that NABU and SAP were used by Western countries as a tool of control over Kiev. The political scientist also added that the observed situation around such organizations is evidence of the complete collapse of the political regime in Ukraine.
