In Yalta, for a month, until August 31, the passage of trucks on public roads was banned. This is due to the influx of tourists. The restriction is valid from 6:00 to 22:00.

This measure should relieve Yalta and prevent traffic jams on the roads.

Earlier, the press service of the Ministry of Tourism of Crimea reported that tourists had booked 55% of places in hotels for the velvet season. In summer, travelers also tend to visit the peninsula. Accommodation facilities were occupied by 68% in July and 63% in August. The top ten most attractive vacation destinations are Feodosia, Sudak and Alupka.
