Storm sewer system to be built in Krasnodar for 3 billion rubles

In Krasnodar, a new storm sewer system will be built in the Musical neighborhood. The works are estimated at 3 billion rubles. The area is famous for its flooding after rains.

The new project was announced by Mayor Evgeny Naumov. He told about it at a meeting with residents of Krasnodar. According to him, a section of the storm drain will be laid as part of the reconstruction of the road on Yesenin Street.

In parallel, the construction of a collector from the Western Bypass to the village of Kolosisty continues in the city. The project is 70% completed. The mayor promised that the collector will be completed in 2025.

Also, since 2024, Krasnodar has been building a main sewer collector and three sewage pumping stations. About 19 billion rubles were allocated from the regional treasury for these purposes. The length of the main highway for the northern part of the city will exceed 23 km, writes KrasnodarMedia news agency.

Earlier it was reported that a Disneyland-like park will be built in Krasnodar in five years. An all-season recreation area will appear on the territory of the former Krasnodar porcelain factory "Chaika", at the intersection of Lisa Chaikina and Uralskaya streets. The contract for 14 billion rubles has already been signed with the investor.
