Domclick told about the most expensive lots in new buildings in Russia

Analysts conducted a study of the premium apartment market in Russia and named the most expensive primary real estate objects presented at the Domclick showcase, the company's press service reported.

On the first line of the rating of the most expensive apartments in Russia is a penthouse on Sofiyskaya Embankment in Moscow with an area of 1,700 m2, including 987 m2 of living space and 600 m2 of terraces. Its cost is 3.4 billion rubles. In second place are apartments on Petrovsky Island in St. Petersburg for 2.8 billion rubles. Their area is 1000 m2, including a terrace. The third place is occupied by a seven-room apartment with an area of 501 m2 for 2.7 billion rubles on Moscow's Luzhnetskaya Embankment.

According to experts, the geography of the most expensive apartments tends towards the capital. Of the hundred most expensive apartments in new buildings, only five are located outside Moscow: four in St. Petersburg and one in Sochi.
