In the Khabarovsk Territory, restrictions for all types of transport, including buses and trucks, have been lifted on the highway between Selikhino and Nikolaevsk-on-Amur. They were introduced due to the collapse of the bridge.

Traffic was completely blocked on July 28 due to the collapse of the bridge over the Aksyan River. According to preliminary data, the ferry collapsed after a sharp rise in the water level in the Aksyan and Gornaya rivers during adverse weather.

Earlier, on July 12, a bridge collapsed in the Vologda region between two settlements of the Nikolsky district. The next day, on July 13, the head of the district Dmitry Mishenev reported about 12 victims who went to hospitals after the incident.
