The skate park is currently undergoing renovation. The dismantling work has already been completed, and the site is being prepared for new facilities. Specialists are updating the amphitheater. Seats and tile flooring will be replaced there.

A universal playground will appear next to the regional Philharmonic hall, which will combine gaming and sports functions. Railings and paving stones will be replaced in the promenade area of the embankment, and trade pavilions will be installed. Decorative topiary figures and small architectural forms will appear there. It is planned to install year-round toilet modules on the territory.

According to IA AmurMedia, the renovation of the embankment in the capital of the EAO is one of the key points of the master plan. It is expected that the embankment will become a center of attraction for families, youth and older people.
