Mishustin noted the importance of localization of production components in Russia
All components of any production should, if possible, be made in Russia, and localization should begin with the smallest details, gradually moving to more complex forms. This was announced on Wednesday, July 30, by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at a meeting with Mikhail Ivanov, founder of the Orenclip company.
"This is very important, right step by step. It all starts with the little things. I always say: from a cutting table to a panel, we must try to produce everything in the Russian Federation," Mishustin said.
During the conversation, Mishustin recalled that during his visit to the Caucasus, he visited the Damate enterprise. According to him, the head of the company, Naum Babayev, then spoke about the high demand for domestic equipment and promised to place as many orders for Russian equipment as possible.
The Chairman of the Russian government asked when enterprises will be able to fully equip themselves with domestic technological means. Ivanov replied that, in his opinion, such opportunities already exist, and we are talking not only about Orenclip, but also about the whole pool of manufacturers that have formed in Russia.
Andrey Reznikov, managing partner of the Evolute manufacturer, said on July 11 that the company intends to deepen the localization of cars in Russia and expand in 2026 the number of models that are produced at the plant in the Lipetsk region on a full cycle. The top manager noted that the first model, which will be launched in a full cycle, will be the hybrid crossover Evolve i-Space.
