Agave blossomed in Alushta for the first and last time

Agave on the central embankment of Alushta has released the only flowers in its life. These plants bloom only once and accumulate strength from 10 to 60 years, depending on the climate, said the mayor Galina Ogneva in her social networks.

First, the agave grew a tall trunk, and now bright, sunny-yellow flowers are opening. The townspeople were encouraged to admire its flowering, as it will end soon, writes IA SevastopolMedia.

"Gentle "children" are already growing up at her roots, ready to continue her path. So, even in the fleeting moments of this miracle, nature gives us an endless cycle of life, reminding us that true beauty never leaves without a trace," Ogneva added.

Earlier in June, it was reported that a new viewing platform "Gentle Sunset" was opened near Alushta. It is made in the Tuscan style and is illuminated in the evenings.
